  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 c. granulated sugar
  • 6 Tbsp. flour
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 tsp. baking powder

Directions

    In a bowl, beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.

    In another bowl, combine flour, cornstarch and baking powder.

    Add to egg mix.

    Line a 9-inch round baking pan with wax paper; do not grease sides of pan.

    Pour batter into pan.

    Bake at 375° for about 30 minutes.

    Let cake cool in pan.

    Loosen around edges with a knife; carefully turn cake out onto rack and peel off paper.
