  • 1/2 c. vinegar (red wine with garlic variety is best)
  • 1/2 tsp. Coleman's dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. basil
  • 1/2 tsp. tarragon
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 slices onion, 1/4 inch thick
  • 1/4 tsp. celery seed
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano or marjoram
  • 1/4 tsp. thyme
  • 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
