- 1 slice Sliced bread
- 1 Egg
- 1 and 1/2 teaspoons Sugar
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 10 grams Butter
Directions

1Cut the bread into four squares.

2Whisk the egg in a bowl.

3Add the sugar and milk, and mix well.

4Heat a frying pan on medium heat, then add the butter so it coats the pan.

5One at a time, soak each piece of bread in the egg mixture, place them in the pan, then reduce the heat to low to medium-low.

6If there is any egg mixture remaining, pour it onto the bread (so it soaks in and penetrates the surface).

7Flip over the first piece of bread that went into the frying pan, and if it's nicely browned, turn over the other pieces in the order they were placed in the pan.

8When both sides are brown and crisp, they're ready to eat!
