  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 1/4 c. cooking oil
  • 1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
  • 3 c. cut up apples
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. liquid milk or fruit juice
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Combine cake mix, oil, eggs and liquid.

    Beat until mix begins to thicken a little.

    Beat in pudding.

    Stir in apples and pecans. Pour batter into well greased Bundt pan.

    Bake at 325° for about 45 minutes, depending on oven or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.
