  • okra (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 lb. thin sliced bacon
  • 1 sweet pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tomato

Directions

    Fry bacon until crisp. Let cool.

    Then crumble.

    Chop pepper, onion and tomato.

    Fry okra the way you prefer; drain.

    Mix okra, bacon, pepper, onion and tomato in bowl and serve while warm.
