- 3 slices fatback, cooked until brown
- 2 Tbsp. flour
Directions

1Cook the fatback until fried brown. Take meat from pan of grease.

2Add corn, cooking until done, stirring occasionally.

3If this is too thin and watery, mix 2 tablespoons flour with enough water that when it is added to corn mixture, it will thicken up some.
