- 2 large egg yolks
- 32 oz. dill pickles, drained
- 1 c. water
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- oil for frying
Directions

1Beat egg yolks; add water and beat in flour until smooth.

2Trim ends from pickles and slice 1/4-inch thick.

3Dry on paper towels. Dip pickles in egg batter and fry without crowding.

4Fry until slightly brown; remove and drain on paper towels.
