- 3 lb. ice cream (any flavor)
- 2 c. breakfast cereal flakes, crushed
- 3 eggs, beaten
- sauces and condiments as desired

1Scoop 12 (4 ounce) balls of ice cream and freeze 2 to 3 hours. Roll ice cream balls in crushed cereal.

2Dip in egg, then roll again in cereal.

3Refreeze for several hours.

4Deep-fry ice cream balls (no more than 2 at a time) for 30 to 40 seconds.

5Drain, garnish and serve immediately.
