Fried Ice Cream Balls

  • 3 lb. ice cream (any flavor)
  • 2 c. breakfast cereal flakes, crushed
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • sauces and condiments as desired

Directions

    Scoop 12 (4 ounce) balls of ice cream and freeze 2 to 3 hours. Roll ice cream balls in crushed cereal.

    Dip in egg, then roll again in cereal.

    Refreeze for several hours.

    Deep-fry ice cream balls (no more than 2 at a time) for 30 to 40 seconds.

    Drain, garnish and serve immediately.
