  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 cup cornflakes
  • 2 quart vanilla icecream
  • 1 container cool-whip
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 honey to drizzle

Directions

    in a skillet melt the butter, then cook the cornflakes and sugar in it for approximately 3 minutes.

    Do not burn the sugar.

    layer half of the cornflake mixture in a 9x13 pan.

    Let the icecream soften about 30 min then combine in a bowl with the cool-whip and cinnamon.

    Mix well.

    Layer on top of cornflakea then top with the reserved cornflakes.

    Freeze this until set.

    Drizzle with honey before serving.
