Fried Pork Chops

  • 6 pork chops
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1 c. stewed tomatoes and juice
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Salt and pepper each chop, allowing to set for 10 minutes. Beat eggs and milk.

    Dip each chop in milk mixture and roll in bread crumbs.

    Brown slowly in hot grease, turning only one time. Remove from pan.
