- 1/4 c. onion, chopped
- 4 c. cooked rice
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. minced parsley
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 egg, well beaten
Directions

1Fry onion in butter until tender.

2Add rice, soy sauce, pepper, parsley and garlic salt.

3Cook over low heat 5 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
