- 3 chopped green onions
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. green peas (frozen), thawed
- 3/4 c. cashew nuts
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts
- 4 c. precooked rice
- soy sauce to taste
Directions

1Saute onions in oil.

2Scramble eggs and cook into a little pancake.

3Place on chopping board; cool.

4Stir-fry in oil about 2 minutes the peas, cashews and water chestnuts.

5Remove.

6Add rice to oil.

7Saute in wok; add eggs, vegetables and soy sauce to taste. Heat thoroughly.
