- 3 c. pork or chicken
- 2 bags Success Boil-in-Bag rice
- 3 carrots, diced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 small can crushed pineapple
- 1/4 c. water chestnuts, sliced
- 1/4 c. chopped mushrooms
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
Directions

1Cut meat into bite-size pieces.

2Heat oil in skillet or wok. Cook meat on high, stirring constantly for 3 to 4 minutes.

3Stir in carrots; cook for 3 minutes.

4Add onions, water chestnuts, mushrooms, pineapple and soy sauce.

5Stir 2 to 4 minutes.

6Add already boiled rice and cook on low heat for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
