  • 8 c. steamed rice
  • 1 onion, cubed
  • 1 lb. cubed pork, chicken or hamburger, cooked
  • 3 cloves garlic, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 3 scrambled eggs, cubed
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce

Directions

    Saute onion, garlic and green pepper, then add meat (cook if not already cooked).

    Add steamed rice and add 1/2 cup soy sauce. Mix ingredients.

    Add cubed scrambled eggs.
