- 1 green pepper, chopped fine
- 2 bacon strips, crisp and broken up
- 1 c. rice
- 2 c. water
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 3 eggs
Directions

1Stir-fry carrot and green pepper in butter.

2Fry bacon until crisp and break up.

3Cook rice in water.

4Add rice and soy sauce to vegetables.

5Scramble eggs and chop up.
