  • 2 c. very fine noodles
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 c. cooked rice
  • 1 pkg. onion soup mix
  • 2 c. boiling water

Directions

    Break up noodles into small pieces.

    Brown in vegetable oil in a large frying pan.

    Add all other ingredients; mix well.

    Cook until water is absorbed on a low flame.
