Ingredients

  • 4 palomilla steaks or top sirloin steaks
  • 2 Tbsp. garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. lime or orange juice (can also use juice from sour oranges)
  • 1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
  • 1 onion, sliced into rings
  • 1/4 c. pure Spanish oil
  • garlic salt and black pepper

Directions

    Wash steaks.

    Place steaks in shallow pan.
  3. 3
    Season with garlic salt and black pepper.

    Sprinkle with minced garlic and onion. Cover steaks and marinate in refrigerator about 30 minutes before frying.

    Heat oil in frying pan to medium heat.

    Fry steaks with a share of onion rings, until browned.

    Serves 4.
