- 4 palomilla steaks or top sirloin steaks
- 2 Tbsp. garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. lime or orange juice (can also use juice from sour oranges)
- 1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
- 1 onion, sliced into rings
- 1/4 c. pure Spanish oil
- garlic salt and black pepper
Directions

1Wash steaks.

2Place steaks in shallow pan.

3Season with garlic salt and black pepper.

4Sprinkle with minced garlic and onion. Cover steaks and marinate in refrigerator about 30 minutes before frying.

5Heat oil in frying pan to medium heat.

6Fry steaks with a share of onion rings, until browned.

7Serves 4.
