- 1 lb. ground pork (not sausage)
- 1 head round cabbage or Chinese cabbage
- 2 to 3 cloves fresh garlic
- 3 to 4 green onions or leek
- ginger root, chopped and mashed
- 1 pkg. won ton wraps
- sesame oil
Directions

1Brown and drain ground pork, set aside.

2Break apart cabbage and boil just until tender (not soft, do not overcook).

4hot water and cool with cold water.

5Roll cabbage leaves up together and squeeze out water from cabbage by hands.

6Chop up cabbage and squeeze again.

7Chop up the garlic, green onions and ginger.

8Mix all ingredients together.

9Salt and pepper to taste. Put 1 tablespoon into each won ton wrapper.

10Fold into triangle. Seal edges with water and flour.

11Fry in sesame oil until golden brown.
