  • 1 cake mix
  • 1 (3 oz.) instant vanilla pudding
  • 2/3 c. oil
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 1/2 c. fruit of your choice (I use fruit cocktail)

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Grease and flour a 9 to 10-inch Bundt pan.

    Combine dry cake and pudding mixes, oil, eggs and vanilla. Fold in nuts and fruit.

    Bake at 350° until cake tests done, about 50 to 60 minutes.
