Frosty Strawberry Pie

  • 2 c. strawberries
  • 3 oz. pkg. strawberry jello
  • 1 pt. vanilla ice cream
  • 1 baked pie shell or graham cracker crust

Directions

    Boil 1 cup water. Add jello and stir until dissolved.

    Spoon in ice cream and stir until melted and smooth. Chill until thickened, about 20 minutes. Fold in strawberries.

    Pour into pie shell. Chill until firm, approximately 1 1/2 hours. Garnish with Cool Whip and fresh strawberries, if desired.
