  • 1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 1 c. nut meats
  • 1 small carton Cool Whip
  • 1/2 c. salad dressing
  • 1 small pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1/4 c. maraschino cherries
  • 1/4 c. green maraschino cherries

Directions

    Soften marshmallows with pineapple.

    Add coconut and nuts. Combine cream cheese and mayonnaise.

    Beat with rotary beater until well blended. Blend in rest of ingredients; add Cool Whip. Spoon mixture into 2 ice cube trays and freeze.
