  • 6 3/4 tablespoons Flora Cuisine
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 7 1/4 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 7 ounces porridge oats
  • 3/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 5 9/16 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 6 3/8 tablespoons chopped walnuts or almonds
  • 7 1/8 tablespoons dried fruit such as cranberries or chopped apricots

Directions

    Preheat oven to gas mark 4/180°C/160°C fan/350°F.

    Place the Flora Cuisine, honey, cinnamon and sugar in a pan and gently heat, stirring, until it all melts together.

    Remove pan from the heat and stir in the remaining ingredients, mixing well.

    Transfer the mixture to a greased, lined 22cm square baking tray. Press down firmly with the back of a spoon. Bake for 30 minutes until golden-brown.

    Once baked, cut them into 16 bars, allowing them to cool a little before lifting the bars out.
