  • 3 c. quick-cooking rolled oats
  • 2 c. flaked coconut
  • 1 c. sliced almonds
  • 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
  • 1 c. raisins
  • 1/2 c. chopped dates
  • 1/2 c. chopped dried apricots
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 3/4 c. honey
  • 1/3 c. cooking oil
