One 8 or 9: round pound cake or ring shape, either almond or lemon flavor.

Sliced strawberries,sliced kiwi, blueberries, and raspberries

Directions

With large bread knife slice cake into four to five thin horisontal layers.

Heat jam until thin and remove, cool lightly and whisk in 1 cup of rum. With paintbrush, paint on jam and run on bottom layer or cake. Top with strawberry slices, add layer and repeat jam/rum paint layer other fruits in same order. top with layer of all fruits mixed and dollops of creme fraiche OOO La La!!!
