  • 1/2 lb. red candied cherries
  • 1/2 lb. green candied cherries
  • 1 lb. candied pineapple
  • 1/2 lb. dates
  • 1/2 lb. raisins
  • 14 oz. pkg. coconut, flaked
  • 1 lb. pecans
  • 3 cans Eagle Brand milk

Directions

    Chop fruits, dates and pecans.

    Mix everything together.

    Pour into a greased and floured tube pan.

    Bake 2 1/2 hours at 250°. Cool in pan for 2 hours.

    This makes a large cake.
