- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1 1/4 lb. yellow squash, thinly sliced
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. shredded cheese
Directions

1Pour melted butter into a 1 1/2-quart casserole.

2Add squash; sprinkle with salt and pepper.

3Combine egg, mayonnaise, onion and sugar; mix well and pour over squash.

4Sprinkle evenly with cheese.

5Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
