- 1 lb. candied pineapple
- 1 lb. dates
- 1 lb. walnuts
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 1 lb. candied cherries
- 1 lb. pecans
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
Directions

1Mix baking powder and pinch of salt with flour.

2Place fruits and nuts in large bowl, sprinkle flour and sugar over fruits and coat each piece well.

3Beat eggs and pour over mixture.

4Mix well and pour in greased and lined tube pan.

5Bake 2 1/2 hours at 275°.
