- 1 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. fruit (peaches, apricots or berries)
- 1 c. sugar
Directions

1Combine flour, 1 cup sugar, baking powder, milk, salt and vanilla.

2Mix well.

3Pour into a greased 8 x 12-inch baking dish. Mix fruit with remaining sugar and pour on top of batter.

4Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350°.
