Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. cooking oil
- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 small can of coconut
- 1 can of fruit cocktail, do not drain
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. nuts, chopped
Directions

1Mix together 1 1/2 cups sugar, eggs and oil.

2Sift together flour, baking soda and salt and add to sugar mixture.

3Batter will be very thick.

4Add fruit cocktail.

5Mix well.

6Pour in to a 9 inch x 13 inch x 2 inch pan.

7Sprinkle with can of coconut.

8Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
