- 48 (12-inch) skewers
- 1/2 watermelon, cubed (save the empty rind)
- 2 cans pineapple chunks
- 12 kiwi fruit, sliced in fourths
- 48 strawberries
- 1 bunch grapes
- 6 oranges, peeled and wedged
- 1 pt. blackberries
Directions

1Any fresh fruit can be used.

2Thread an assortment of fruit on each skewer with a strawberry at the top.

3Chill.

4For a fancy table centerpiece, insert one end of each kabob on the outside of the empty watermelon rind half.

5Fill in empty spaces by placing grapes, berries or pineapple chunks onto toothpicks and insert into rind.

6Serves 48 kabobs.
