- 1 very ripe medium banana, peeled
- 3/4 c. pineapple juice
- 1/2 c. low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 c. strawberries, stems removed and rinsed
Directions

1Break banana into small pieces and put in the blender with pineapple juice, yogurt and strawberries.

2Secure lid and blend until smooth.

3Divide shake between two glasses and serve immediately.
