Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 to 2 cups ice
  • 1/4 c. apricot nectar
  • 2 bananas
  • 1/2 c. cranberry juice
  • 1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice
  • 1 c. pineapple chunks
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg (optional)
  • 1/2 c. peaches or apricots (optional)
  • 1/2 c. strawberries or blueberries (optional)
  • 1/4 c. vanilla yogurt (optional)

Directions

    Add whichever optional ingredients you like.

    Be creative. Use a blender and add crushed ice.

    Put ingredients into blender one at a time and then blend to puree consistency.

    Add the additional, optional ingredients if you like.
