- 6 each chicken legs
- 3/4 cups herb stuffing mix seasoned
- 3 tablespoons orange juice
- 2 tablespoons raisins, seedless
- 2 tablespoons apricots dried, chopped
- 1 tablespoon butter melted
- 1 x cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon apricot preserves (jam) or peach
Directions

1Combine orange juice, fruits and butter with stuffing mix, blend until stuffing is thoroughly moistened.

2Carefully work fingers between the skin and meat of each chicken leg to form a pocket.

3Place stuffing under the skin.

4Arrange stuffed legs in a 9x9 baking dish, sprinkle lightly with cinnamon.

5Bake uncovered at 375F (190C) for 1 hour.

6Brush with preserves during the last 10 mins.
