- 1 (16 oz.) can fruit
- 2 1/2 c. fruit juice and water
- 1/4 c. tapioca
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice (if desired)
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon (if desired)
Directions

1Drain fruit juice into a measuring cup.

2Cut fruit into bite size pieces and set aside.

3Add water to fruit juice to make 2 1/2 cups liquid.

4Put all ingredients except fruit into a saucepan. Let set 5 minutes, then bring to a full boil.

5Remove from heat; add fruit and stir occasionally while cooling.

6Store in refrigerator.
