  • 1 (16 oz.) can fruit
  • 2 1/2 c. fruit juice and water
  • 1/4 c. tapioca
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice (if desired)
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon (if desired)

Directions

    Drain fruit juice into a measuring cup.

    Cut fruit into bite size pieces and set aside.

    Add water to fruit juice to make 2 1/2 cups liquid.

    Put all ingredients except fruit into a saucepan. Let set 5 minutes, then bring to a full boil.

    Remove from heat; add fruit and stir occasionally while cooling.

    Store in refrigerator.
