    Hand mix first 4 ingredients to crumbly, don't overwork. Wrap in plastic and put in the refrigerator for 3 hours.

    Beat flat, and bake at 325 degrees for 17 minutes.

    Combine yolks, sugar, nutmeg and vanilla, then add to milk.
