  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding (cook and serve kind)
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 1/2 c. pineapple juice
  • 1 c. raisins
  • 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed
  • 2 (8 oz.) cans crushed pineapple
  • 1 (16 oz.) pound cake
  • 1 (10 oz.) jar raspberry jam, melted
  • 1 (15 1/4 oz.) can tropical fruit salad
  • 2 Tbsp. toasted almonds
  • raspberries to garnish

Directions

    Cook pudding according to package directions, using milk and pineapple juice as cooking liquids.

    Cool.

    Save 1 tablespoon of raisins for garnish.

    Stir remaining raisins and 3/4 carton Cool Whip into pudding.

    Measure and drain 1/2 cup pineapple for garnish.
