Ingredients
- 1/2 cup apricots dried
- 1 teaspoon poppy seed
- 1 pound monterey jack cheese shred
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 13 cup golden raisins
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 13 cup dates chopped
- 13 cup sherry dry
- 1 x walnuts chopped
- 1 x cherries grapes for garnish
Directions

1Soak apricots in 1 cup water for 2 hours.

2Drain and chop.

3Blend cheeses.

4Add remaining ingredients, fruits last, mixing thoroughly in between.

5Turn out onto sheet of foil and shape into 9 inch log or 2 large balls.

6Wrap securely and chill until firm.

7Roll in chopped nuts, cover again in foil and refrigerate 24 hours before serving (may be frozen).

8Garnish.
