Fruited Muesli

Ingredients

  • 1 c quick oats
  • 1 c lowfat vanilla yoghurt
  • 1 c lowfat milk
  • 1/4 c raisins or other dried fruits (e.g. prunes)
  • 1/2 c dried apricots, diced
  • 2 Tbsp wheat germ (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp honey, maple syrup or agave syrup
  • 3 Tbsp nuts
  • Fresh fruit

    Combine all ingredients except the fresh fruit in a large (previously used, but cleaned) yoghurt container. Mix well to combine and allow to sit overnight. Serve with fresh fruit and add additional milk if needed for more liquid consistency.
