- 1 c quick oats
- 1 c lowfat vanilla yoghurt
- 1 c lowfat milk
- 1/4 c raisins or other dried fruits (e.g. prunes)
- 1/2 c dried apricots, diced
- 2 Tbsp wheat germ (optional)
- 1 Tbsp honey, maple syrup or agave syrup
- 3 Tbsp nuts
- Fresh fruit
Directions

1Combine all ingredients except the fresh fruit in a large (previously used, but cleaned) yoghurt container. Mix well to combine and allow to sit overnight. Serve with fresh fruit and add additional milk if needed for more liquid consistency.
