- 15 Hydrox cookies, crushed
- 24 big marshmallows
- 1 c. evaporated milk
- 1/2 tsp. peppermint flavoring
- 1/2 tsp. green food coloring or to desired coloring
- 1/2 pt. cream or 2 c. Cool Whip
Directions

1Put 3/4 of crumbs in bottom of 8 x 8-inch pan.

2Melt marshmallows in 1 cup evaporated milk.

3Set aside to cool.

4Add peppermint flavoring and food coloring.

5Fold in cream (or Cool Whip).

6Pour over cookie crumbs.

7Sprinkle rest of crumbs on top. Freeze and remove an hour before serving.
