- 1 cup long grain rice
- 12 cup dried apricot, finely chopped
- 14 cup raisins
- 14 cup slivered almonds
- 2 teaspoons dried parsley
- 1 12 teaspoons dried orange peel
- 14 teaspoon onion powder
- 18 teaspoon clove powder (optional)
- 14 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in a bowl, stir to blend, store in an air tight jar.

2To Make: In a medium pot bring 2 cups water, 1/2 cup chicken stock and 2 tablespoons butter or margarine to boil.

3Add Fruited Rice mix and reduce heat to simmering.

4Cook 20-25 minutes until rice is cooked and water is absorbed.
