Ingredients

  • 2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 3/4 c. milk

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together and roll dough the size of a tennis ball.

    Mash them flat, about 1/8-inch thick, then fry them in around 350° skillet (make sure grease is hot).

    Fry until brown.
