Directions

   Mix sugar and milk.

   Bring to full boil and cook for 6 minutes, stirring constantly.

   Remove from heat and add butter, chocolate chips, vanilla and nuts.

   Beat until creamy.

   Pour into greased pan.

   When cool, cut into bite-size pieces.
