  • 1-1/2 cup Martha Gooch Pancake and Waffle Mix
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp. cocoa
  • 3/4 cup chopped nuts
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1/4 cup cocoa

Directions

    Combine mix, sugar, cocoa, nuts, milk and vanilla in a 8-inch pan.

    Combine brown sugar and cocoa and sprinkle over the mixture in the pan.

    Carefully pour 1-1/2 cups boiling water over all.

    DO NOT STIR!

    Bake at 350F for 35-40 minutes or until edges pull away from the sides of thepan.

    Cool in the pan 15 minutes before serving.
