- 3 Beef Steak
- 1 large piece Beef tallow
- 3 pinch Salt
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1 tbsp Coarsely ground black pepper
- 3 leaves Red leaf lettuce
Directions

1Cut notches into the tendons on each side.

2Season both sides lightly with salt.

3Melt the beef tallow in the frying pan on a high heat.

4Pan-fry the meat in one go over high heat.

5Place the meat in the pan and then flip over after one minute.

6Pan-fry the other side for one minute as well, then remove from the frying pan.

7Garnish a plate with red-leaf lettuce.

8Slice the beef with diagonal cuts and arrange on the plate.

9Reheat the frying pan.
-
10Add the ingredients and cook until the mixture thickens.

11Now you have a sauce.

12Pour the sauce from Step 7 over the steak, and it'll be ready to eat!
