  • 3 Beef Steak
  • 1 large piece Beef tallow
  • 3 pinch Salt
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Sake
  • 1 tbsp Coarsely ground black pepper
  • 3 leaves Red leaf lettuce

    Cut notches into the tendons on each side.

    Season both sides lightly with salt.

    Melt the beef tallow in the frying pan on a high heat.

    Pan-fry the meat in one go over high heat.

    Place the meat in the pan and then flip over after one minute.

    Pan-fry the other side for one minute as well, then remove from the frying pan.

    Garnish a plate with red-leaf lettuce.

    Slice the beef with diagonal cuts and arrange on the plate.

    Reheat the frying pan.

    Add the ingredients and cook until the mixture thickens.
