  • 4 cups old fashioned oats
  • 12 cup wheat germ
  • 14 cup slivered almonds
  • 14 cup unsalted sunflower seeds
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 14 cup brown sugar
  • 14 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 12 cup honey
  • 14 cup water
  • 12 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 cup banana chips
  • 12 cup miniature marshmallow
  • 12 cup mini chocolate chip

Directions

    Lay mini marshmallows out on a cookie sheet and set out overnight.

    In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, wheat germ, almonds, sunflower seeds, cinnamon, salt, and brown sugar.

    In a separate smaller bowl, whisk together the oil, vanilla, honey, water, and peanut butter.

    Pour liquid mixture over dry mixture and stir until all are well coated.

    Pour onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil and put in a 325 degree oven for 30-40 minutes; stirring often until slightly browned.

    Allow to cool completely and stir in banana chips, marshmallows, and chocolate chips.
