  • 1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 3 oz. dried beef
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Mix together all ingredients, except nuts.

    Put into baking dish and bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

    Cool, roll into ball and then into pecans.
