- 1 c. evaporated milk
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 egg yolks
- 1/4 lb. margarine
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/3 c. coconut
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1Combine milk, sugar, egg yolks, margarine and vanilla.

2Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened, about 12 minutes.

3Add coconut and pecans.

4Beat until thick enough to spread.

5Makes about 2 2/3 cups.
