Ingredients: 2 medium potatoes, peeled and diced; 1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn; 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen lima beans, cooked and drained; 2 (13 1/2 oz.) cans chicken broth; 1/2 c. chopped onion; 3 1/2 c. tomato juice; 1 c. cooked and diced chicken or turkey; 1 tsp. salt; 1/4 tsp. pepper; 1 Tbsp. margarine; 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a 5-quart Dutch oven. Bring to boiling over medium heat.

Reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes, stir occasionally.
