  • 3 Tbsp. bacon fat
  • 16 oz. can tomatoes
  • 3 c. cooked rice
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano
  • 1/4 tsp. coriander
