Garlic Broiled Fish

- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
- 1 shallot, peeled and crushed
- 1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
- 2 tsp. chopped, fresh parsley
- 1 to 1 1/2 lb. fish fillets (preferably thick)
Directions

1Combine the lemon juice, olive oil and seasonings in a bowl. Marinate the fish in this mixture for at least 1 hour or as long as 6 hours (if thin fillets are used, no longer than 1 hour). Place the fish, skin side down, in a baking dish.

2Pour the marinade around the fillets and add enough water to cover 3/4 of the fish.

3Broil the fish until it flakes easily with a fork.
